2021 Carlson Creek Sangiovese

Rustic but fruity on the nose, with dark cherry, leather, tomato leaf. The palate has the ample acidity you would expect from a sangiovese, with concnetrated cherries and graphite flavors coming through, as well as subtle spice and chocolate. We recommend decanting for a few hours if you're going to enjoy it now, or patiently wait for a year before opening. Drink within 10 years.
